How Are The Tags Made?

Our tags are made from high quality recycled aluminium, coated on both sides with a polymer that allows us to apply the image.

Once the design has been finalised, we have a process that fuses the high resolution image onto the tag. This ensures that the image will not fade or wear out.

The tags are light and hard wearing and will make your precious pet stand out from the crowd.

What Can I Have On My Tag?

Its your tag - have it your way!

Have a look through the designs on the website. If the style you like isn't listed for your tag then please let us know.

If you would like a photo on your tag then no problem. Just email it across to us and we will do the rest. Please bear in mind the size of the tags. We will do our best to fit your photo on the tags.

You can have any text on your tag - Name on the front - contact details on the back or whatever you fancy.

We will space your text to fit the tag. The more text you have - the smaller the text.

Has your pet got a medical condition or food allergy? Let the world know if he/she is ever lost so they know how to look after them

All tags will be emailed or text over to you for approval before making. We can email, text or even Whatsapp your tag so you can check the design is to your liking.

Why Do I Need A Pet Tag?

In the UK, the Control of Dogs Order 1992 states that any dog in a public place must wear a collar with the name and address (including postcode) of the owner on a tag. Your telephone number is optional (but we would recommend this).

You can be fined up to £5,000 if your dog does not wear an identification tag.

Will My Pet Tag Come With A Split Ring?

Yes... All of our tags come with a free split ring.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Tag?

We aim to send out your tag within 24 hours of you approving the artwork. We send all tags out by 1st Class Recorded Post.

Do Your Tags Come With A Guarantee?

Yes - we love our tags and we want you to love them too!

If your tag ever becomes un-readable then please contact us. You can email us a photo of the tag or post it back to us for a replacement.
